Diving varies from island to island, and you will be able to see some great muck diving sites with droppings, great wall dives, some places that attract big pelagics, such as hammerhead sharks, and beautiful coral gardens. The diving sites have excellent conditions, great visibility, and mild to strong ocean currents. Not only that it offers an unforgettable diving experience, Banda Sea also has a rich and interesting history from their successful spice trades.
With no shortage of magnificent macro sites, Banda Sea is also home to many large pelagic fish. Large fish includes hammerhead sharks, dolphins, and even various whales. Mantas, Mobula rays, and large tuna often visit the area too. Macro species and small critters enthusiasts will not be disappointed either. Nudibranch, seahorses, frogfish, scorpion fish, mandarin fish, and many other small creatures can be spotted at various dive sites.
