SOUTH HALMAHERA DIVING

8 Days 7 Nights

TRIP DETAILS

Halmahera is the largest of the Moluccas islands, located in Indonesia's North Maluku Province. Due to its isolated position, diving in Halmahera is infrequent, and many dive sites have yet to be identified, let alone explored. This, paired with Halmahera's isolation, results in dive sites that are in pristine shape and a joy to visit.

Scuba diving in Halmahera will take you to a rarely visited, unspoilt paradise. Scuba diving in Halmahera includes a variety of dive sites, including muck, drift, wall, coral gardens, and stunning volcanic structures. While diving in these formations, you will see swim-throughs, cavern zones, overhangs, ledges, and fractures, each of which attracts a different species.
