All divers must produce a proven logbook with their last dives and all necessary certifications for the type of dives they wish to undertake.
EAN Nitrox 29-32% will only be available to divers who are certified in this speciality.

Sea Safari Cruises shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings incurred during the course of any cruise, whether due to accident, force majeure, or any other circumstances. Passengers are solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of their personal items throughout the duration of the cruise. This includes but is not limited to valuables, electronics, clothing, and any other personal effects. Passengers are advised to exercise caution and prudence when bringing personal belongings on board. We recommend securing valuable items in designated lockers or safes available on the vessel. Passengers are strongly encouraged to procure appropriate insurance coverage for their personal effects prior to embarking on the cruise.
We strongly recommend guests to obtain a travel/trip insurance that cover accidents, medical assistance, lost baggage/belongings, trip cancellation and interruption, and personal liability during our liveaboard trip. For guests who are joining our diving trip, we require you to possess a diving insurance. Please be advised that if guests choose not to carry any adequate insurance cover, Sea Safari Cruises will not be held responsible for any liability or financial loss.
We highly recommend dive, travel, trip, and equipment insurance offered by Divers Alert Network (DAN) or Dive Assure. Various insurance packages based on trip duration are available. Sea Safari Cruises can help you arrange DAN insurance for your trip. More details about DAN can be seen on https://dan.org/

Please inform us of any special requests, such as dietary needs or specific room preferences, at the time of booking and confirm them in writing. While we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee fulfillment. General Conduct
All guests are expected to behave in a manner that is orderly and respectful, ensuring that the enjoyment of others is not disrupted. Should our team or any authority figure, including hotel managers, flight attendants, skippers, or others, perceive that your conduct or that of any member of your group is causing distress, abuse, threats, danger, annoyance to others, property damage, or causing transportation delays or diversions, we retain the right to immediately terminate your booking. In such a circumstance, our responsibility to you and/or your group will cease, necessitating your immediate departure from the accommodation or other arrangements. We will not be liable for any further obligations, refunds for lost accommodation or other arrangements, or expenses incurred due to termination.
Equipment/Property
You and your group may be responsible for compensating for any harm or destruction resulting from your actions. We will consider you and each member of your group collectively and individually accountable for any harm or losses caused. You must settle the full amount for such damages or losses directly to the cruise director, hotel manager, or relevant provider before departure. We may require a deposit when issuing equipment to you. Failure to make payment means you will be accountable for any claims made against us due to your actions, including legal expenses, as well as all costs incurred in pursuing such claims against you.
Activities
Certain activities provided by our company carry inherent risks. It's crucial to heed the advice and guidance provided by our staff or local representatives. Refrain from engaging in any activities while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We bear no responsibility if you choose to disregard our advice or guidance, or if you participate while impaired or under the influence of alcohol.
Children
Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Parents or guardians must supervise children during dives, which may prevent them from diving together. Children under 6 are not recommended on liveaboard safaris due to the environment and nature of the holiday.
Excursions or tours that you book or pay for during your holiday are not included in your contractual arrangements with us. Your contract for any such excursion or tour will be directly with the operator, not with our company. Therefore, we are not liable for the services provided during these excursions or tours or any incidents that may occur while they are being conducted by the operator.
Your ability to engage in holiday activities hinges on your medical fitness. It's highly recommended that you undergo a comprehensive medical assessment prior to your trip. We retain the authority to prohibit your involvement in any activities if you're considered medically unsuitable or, at our discretion, unfit to participate.
